This week hundreds of students attended the 1st session of their watersports credit classes which were held on campus at SDSU. If you missed it there is no need to worry because it’s not too late to get in on the fun!
The first class session serves primarily as an orientation to provide information such as where the classes meet, how they are graded, and to answer any questions students may have. After the first week the classes start meeting at Mission Bay Aquatic Center and begin instruction. Many students, such as USD students, people who are crashing units, or people who simply hear about the class late, choose to join during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of class. So if this is your situation, you are not alone and many other students will be starting class with you.
You can still add one of the Fall 2014 college credit classes by choosing your class at www.mbaquaticcenter.com/college_credit_classes.htm and showing up for the next scheduled session.
SDSU students will need an add code to add the unit and can get one at MBAC when you show up for class, or can pick one up at the MBAC tent on Campanile Walk September 2-5. You can also give us a call at (858) 488-1000 or drop us an email at mb**@sd**.edu and we will give you an add code. The last day to add classes for SDSU students is September 8.
USD students please see the information for USD students blog article for more information on how you can get credit for watersports.
