Mission Bay Aquatic Center is currently hiring a full-time Youth Programs & Events Supervisor. This is a rare opportunity to join our full-time management team coordinating and supervising MBAC youth programs (including our popular watersports camp) and events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth programming, event management, and watersports activities. The position is full time (40+ hours/week) with outstanding benefits – medical, dental, vision, 403B retirement account, vacation, and more. The salary is competitive and the work schedule is mostly regular full time Mon-Fri hours with occasional weekends.
