MBAC employees learn valuable skills in customer service and watersports instruction while working in a fun, energetic, positive environment with like-minded teammates who have a passion for teaching and watersports. At the job fair you’ll have the opportunity to meet with staff representatives from the various MBAC departments including watersports instructors, camp counselors, dockmasters, maintenance, and office assistants. Mission Bay Aquatic Center is currently hiring a full-time Youth Programs & Events Supervisor. This is a rare opportunity to join our full-time management team coordinating and supervising MBAC youth programs (including our popular watersports camp) and events.

Mission Bay Aquatic Center is in the final stages of recruiting new staff for the 2019 summer season, but it’s still not too late to apply! We are looking for a few more motivated individuals to join our team in a variety of positions.
