MBAC Summer Job Fair – Friday, April 12, 2024

Join us at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center for our Summer Job Fair Friday, April 12th from 1:00 – 4:30pm! MBAC employees learn valuable skills in customer service and watersports instruction while working in a fun, energetic, positive environment with like-minded teammates who have a passion for teaching and watersports. At the job fair you’ll have the opportunity to meet with staff representatives from the various MBAC departments including watersports instructors, camp counselors, dockmasters, maintenance, and office assistants. There are currently several summer and year-round job openings. ON-SITE same day interviews are available for qualified candidates! Priority consideration is given to current SDSU and UCSD students. EDIT: 09/08/2022 9:21pm – FROM sdfestivalofthearts.org – The San Diego Festival of the Arts has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s festival which was slated for this coming weekend, September 10 and 11, at San Diego Surf Sports Park in North San Diego. The safety of our guests, volunteers, artists and their artwork, team members and support staff is our greatest concern and due to forecasted dangerous weather and potentially hazardous conditions, we have elected to cancel this year’s event.

Keep the summer camp fun going this fall!

If your campers are not ready to say goodbye to summer just yet, Fall Enrichment Programs are the way to go! This September MBAC is offering a variety of fall enrichment programs for campers ages 7 through 15. In September our weekend programs include surfing, wakeboarding, and new this fall, marine science. These activities are offered on Saturday mornings for 4-sessions. These programs are a great way for campers to get outside and have some fun while getting back into the groove of school!
