Having fun at camp!

Keep the summer camp fun going this fall!

If your campers are not ready to say goodbye to summer just yet, Fall Enrichment Programs are the way to go! This September MBAC is offering a variety of fall enrichment programs for campers ages 7 through 15. Afterschool programs, including basic sailing, paddling and surfing, are offered on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 4pm-6pm for 8-sessions. In September weekend programs include surfing, adventure sailing and wakeboarding, are offered on Saturday mornings for 4-sessions. These programs are a great way for campers to get outside and have some fun while getting back into the groove of school!

Accessible Waterskiing

Support Accessible and Inclusive Watersports by purchasing tickets to the San Diego Festival of the Arts!

The San Diego Festival of the Arts celebrates its 35th show in a new North San Diego location, the San Diego Surf Sports Park, on Saturday and Sunday September 11 -12, 2021.   Experience 150+ fine artists, world-class live music, wine, craft beer, and cocktails plus a variety of cuisine to please every palate. Tickets, silent auction and alcohol purchases all benefit adults and children with disabilities.  Doors open 10 AM on Saturday and close at 5 PM on Sunday.  Your ticket purchase and attendance helps provide access to watersport for persons with disabilities at MBAC.

Celebrate Safe Boating Day on Sunday, May 23

In collaboration with the California State Parks Division of Boating and Waterways, we will be celebrating National Safe Boating Day on Sunday, May 23rd with some no-cost safety courses, a used equipment sale*, and a free lifejacket giveaway. While this year’s celebration will look a little different than years past, there are plenty of opportunities to learn about boating safety and enjoy some time on the water. Attendees will need to wear facial coverings and physical distance from others by staying at least 6 feet apart. All event activities will occur outdoors.
