Have what it takes to work at MBAC? We’re now hiring Dockmasters and more!

If you are looking for a great summer job and believe you have what it takes to be part of a hard working and motivated team, then we may have the perfect position for you.  MBAC is currently hiring dockmasters, instructors, youth camp counselors, and office assistants for the upcoming busy summer season.

What’s a dockmaster you say?  Any time that a customer comes to Mission Bay Aquatic Center to rent equipment they are helped by one of our friendly and knowledgeable dockmasters. Dockmasters are the key to providing our customers with a fun and safe experience while renting at MBAC.  When not assisting renters, dockmasters perform maintenance tasks around the facility so the ideal applicant will have sailing and watersports experience, good customer service skills, experience with hand tools, basic power tools, and a strong problem-solving ability.  We are looking to hire a few dockmasters ASAP so apply today!
